Hexis PRX is free for verified physicians. It will always be free.
We will never charge for access to cases, discussions, Gray Zone analysis, community features, or any content on this platform. There is no premium tier that gates clinical knowledge behind a paywall.
If that ever changes — for any reason — every verified physician on the platform will receive a minimum of 12 months advance notice before any fee takes effect. During that period, full data export will be available at no cost, including all cases submitted, comments made, and saved case archives.
This commitment exists because we believe the procedural knowledge that lives inside catheterization laboratories, peer conversations, and Gray Zone case discussions belongs to the medical community — not to shareholders.
What "free forever" means specifically:
- ✓No subscription fee to access physician-submitted cases
- ✓No paywall on Gray Zone AI analysis or guideline citations
- ✓No charge to comment, vote, react, or boost cases
- ✓No fee to submit your own cases
- ✓No charge for NPI or institutional email verification
- ✓No premium tier that creates second-class physician members
